Once you have completed your initial training and viewed the training videos on CDOCS.com, it is time to expand your CEREC knowledge and learn how to make better use of the CEREC technology and 5.1 software. The Fundamentals of CEREC Dentistry workshop allows you to practice fabricating crowns with ideal occlusion with shorter, stress-free CEREC appointments. Designed for new and long-term users alike, the Fundamentals of CEREC Dentistry workshop gives you the skill set necessary to use the software to its fullest capabilities. You will get a thorough review of what it takes to make the CEREC process predictable and efficient from an efficient workflow to a thorough understanding of the software and materials available for CEREC users. All CDOCS.com hands-on workshops are conducted on Primescans utilizing the most recent software. Patterson and Henry Schein Dental training vouchers accepted.

Attendees will participate in an engaging and informative overview of orthodontics. We will revisit the salient aspects of orthodontic tooth movement, occlusion, diagnosis, and treatment planning as it pertains to the restorative dental practice and as taught in dental school. The course will also begin to introduce aligner therapy and the SureSmile® Aligner system and to help the restorative dentist understand how to best leverage aligner therapy in the restorative practice environment as well as when it is optimal to refer to an orthodontic specialist. A hands-on workshop will include setup of the SureSmile® Aligner account, review of the important tools, initial case workup, and understanding of patient flow.

Each step of endodontically treating and restoring a tooth is connected. This course walks the participant through each step of performing root canal therapy chairside in the most efficient manner – with each step building on the success of the previous. From case selection to diagnostic protocol to discussing the eventual coronal restoration, this hands-on course will teach techniques for clinical success at every step needed to take the patient out of pain, restore function to the tooth while maintaining the proper aesthetic, and enhance long term success. Participants will have the opportunity to perform all steps with expert instructors in extensive hands-on exercises related to all aspects of root canal therapy.

This course will give you the experience to utilize the Dentsply Sirona Cone Beam CT (Galileos or XG3D) for surgical planning of implants and will help you to understand the fundamentals of guided implant surgery. Intended for clinicians who are interested in, new to, or moderately experienced with implant therapy. This two-day lecture and hands on workshop will take you from A to Z in all aspects of guided-implant planning using cone beam and the CEREC integration, as well as provide a complete understanding of all the different guided systems that are available to work with the CEREC and cone beam integration protocol. In addition to teaching the foundation for treatment planning for implant therapy using the CEREC and cone beam data, participants will learn the basics of implant placement using the guided protocol, and the advantages and disadvantages of each surgical system as well as experience in placing implants in models. In the workshop participants will learn placement techniques for simple implant cases and learn tips and techniques that result in optimal integration of the implants within the bone.

This course is designed to provide each participant with the fundamentals of CBCT imaging and the ability to maximize 3D scans for various applications in dentistry as well as provide a thorough grounding in reviewing volumes for pathological conditions. Each participant will gain a deeper understanding of the tremendous diagnostic potential of CBCT imaging as well as increased confidence in reviewing scans for abnormalities. In addition, you will learn how to interact with maxillofacial radiologists as the go to expert consultants.

Each participant will have a dedicated computer to allow for ample hands-on training and will spend ample time reviewing and learning various oral pathologies that can be found on a cone beam scan.
